Samantha Miner

Ever since I was little I've loved to share my thoughts and opinions with anyone who would listen, and as I got older I utilized that aspect of myself and channeled it into writing. In high school I was in all the advanced writing courses because I loved being able to express myself through a written outlet. I went into college passionate about my decided Communication & Journalism major, and have enjoyed every class I have had the opportunity to take on the subject. I've always imagined my dream job to be a journalist or a columnist, but I'm keeping myself open as I explore all the facets of my major. I also love to read, and from what I have read on The Odyssey I think it would be a perfect fit for my writing style and would also help me to professionalize my writing.
