12 One Tree Hill Couples Ranked

There were a lot of really good (and so many bad) relationships on the CW classic teen drama, One Tree Hill. Here is a list of twelve of the most remembered OTH realtionships, ranked from worst to best:

12. Dan and Deb. Maybe an obvious one. They got married young because she was pregnant with his child. She watched for years as Dan bullied and pressured their son, Nathan, with his basket all career. Their relationship became strained, resulting in her taking pills and becoming an alcoholic. When they divorced, the viewers screamed HALLELUJAH.

11. Nathan and Peyton. Ah, yes. The "power couple" of Tree Hill High. Too bad Nathan couldn't care less about her feelings and lifestyle. He had no respect for her and often chose his social/basketball life over her. Their constant arugments/break ups always led to unhealthy make up sex. She was a lonely mess throughout the relationship, but was finally strong enough to end their relationship.

10. Lindsey and Lucas. They probably would've been an OK couple if Peyton hadn't come back into the picture. But then again, Lindsey pretty much rubbed her engagement to Lucas in Peyton's face. She even befriended Peyton's best friends! Thankfully, Lindsey finally caught on to the love Peyton and Lucas still had for each other and left Lucas on their wedding day (ouch).

9. Dan and Rachel. Two of the most evil characters on the show got married and created more evil. They helped each other out during the dark times in their lives, and even created a self-help TV show together. Although the marriage ended, they were a decent couple in the fact that they helped each other out with redeeming themselves.

8. Mouth and Millie. They started out nice, especially because Mouth hadn't had a real girlfriend the entire series. Soon Millie became a model and lost all self-control. She started doing cocaine and got arrested for a DUI, and Mouth being Mouth broke up with her for her behavior. The two got back together and became the cute couple again.

7. Lucas and Brooke. Although Brooke started out as the slutty high school cheerleader, her relationship with Lucas was the first step towards the woman she developed into throughout the series. He was the first boy to listen to her stories about her neglectful parents and her insecurities. Their on-and-off again relationship had a lot to do with Peyton, her best friend and his future wife. While they were together, however, they seemed perfect for each other.

6. Peyton and Jake. Oh, Jake, we miss you. After the whole Lucas thing, Peyton found her way to Jake: the single father basketball player whom we all fell in love with. She babysat for his daughter, Jenny, and they soon developed feelings for each other. However, Jake's crazy-ex and Jenny's mother, Nicki, put several strains on their relationship. He was sent to jail for custody reasons and Jenny was kidnapped by Nicki. Let's just say, despite all of the craziness, Jake and Peyton were great for each other and she would have made an excellent step-mom to Jenny.

5. Quinn and Clay. Although seasons 7-9 were SUPER UNNECESSARY, a great couple came out of them. Clay and Quinn both appeared in the first episode of season 7 and we knew they were meant for each other. He started out as a player and she was trying to get away from her marriage. When they began dating, the viewers felt the same spark they had when Nathan and Haley got together. Let's not forget to mention that they fought off Clay's crazy stalker, too. Power couple.

4. Brooke and Julian. Brooke had been hurt by her past relationships, particularly with Lucas. When Julian came into the picture, she wasn't sure whether or not she should fall for him, considering he was an ex of her best friend, Peyton. Brooke finally let her guard down and accepted their love. Their relationship had many rough patches, including her inability to have children and Alex Durpre's feelings for Julian. The two eventually got married and, by a miracle, gives birth to twin boys.

3. Lucas and Peyton. The relationship we knew would happen since the first episode. Troubled girl meets boy who is ready to help her with all of her problems. Even though it took SIX seasons for them to FINALLY get married, we always knew they were endgame. Their obstacles were overlooked and they finally gave into the fact that they were meant for each other, even if it meant splitting up Lindsey and Lucas' engagement.

2. Karen and Keith. Keith was the ultimate dream man. He helped Karen raise Lucas in his father's absence and genuinely loved Karen since they were teenagers. he waited years and YEARS to reveal his feelings, and when he did the world was perfect. they got engaged and she was pregnant with his child. But, they never got their happy ever after. Keith's beautiful life was taken much too soon, but their daughter grew into a wonderful girl and his legacy will always be remembered by Karen, Lucas, and the viewers.

1. Nathan and Haley. We all knew this was coming. One of the only couples in TV history to last the duration of the series. Nathan's bad boy behavior was broken by Haley's huge heart and the two became a match made in heaven. They married in their junior year of high school and she gave birth to their son after graduation. Even though they were young, their love was strong and mature enough to face any obstacles. Their love has become a phenomenon and the fans will remember them "always and forever."

Winter break is over, we're all back at our respective colleges, and the first week of classes is underway. This is a little bit how that week tends to go.

The professor starts to go over something more than the syllabus

You get homework assigned on the first day of class

There are multiple group projects on the syllabus

You learn attendance is mandatory and will be taken every class

Professor starts chatting about their personal life and what inspired them to teach this class

Participation is mandatory and you have to play "icebreaker games"

Everybody is going out because its 'syllabus week' but you're laying in bed watching Grey's Anatomy

Looking outside anytime past 8 PM every night of this week

Nobody actually has any idea what's happening this entire week

Syllabus week is over and you realize you actually have to try now...or not

Now it's time to get back into the REAL swing of things. Second semester is really here and we all have to deal with it.

panera bread

Whether you specialized in ringing people up or preparing the food, if you worked at Panera Bread it holds a special place in your heart. Here are some signs that you worked at Panera in high school.

1. You own so many pairs of khaki pants you don’t even know what to do with them

Definitely the worst part about working at Panera was the uniform and having someone cute come in. Please don’t look at me in my hat.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.
