One of the top things people love about the holidays is getting to eat a lot of good food. Whether it be turkey and dressing or Christmas cookies, we love it all. What we don't love is having to work all of those goodies off.
We all know every gym is going to be full after the holidays, so YouTube workouts are some of the easiest and cheapest (free) ways to get your body moving. I usually dread working out, but it has to be done one way or another. Working off those holiday calories does not have to be grueling, and sometimes it can even be fun! Shocking, I know.
