Whether we like to admit it or not, we all have a little road rage in us. I used to always deny it, thinking that I couldn't possibly be that bad...could I? But then one day, I realized that oh yes, I could in fact be that bad.
So yes, I do have road rage. But not the "cutting people off, threatening people, getting into fights" type of road rage. Mine is a little more calm than that. Mine typically consists of a lot of yelling and angry noises.
If you think that you don't have road rage, take a moment to really think about how you behave when you drive. If it's any of these things, then you might have road rage.
1. You start tapping your brakes when you think someone is too close behind you.
"Jeez, think you're close enough? How about you back *tap* the *tap* hell *tap* off!"2. "WOW, NICE BLINKER!"
Nothing gets you instantly ticked off as much as when someone doesn't use their turn signal. Like, come on guys. It's not that difficult.
3. "Seriously?" .... "SERIOUSLY?"No matter how many stupid drivers you deal with every day, you still somehow manage to encounter someone who catches you by surprise with their horrible driving. And even if you have no passengers in your car, you still have to shout about just how horrible of drivers they are.
4. "Could you go any slower?"
Please please please could you just at least go the speed limit? This is probably the second most annoying thing, right after someone not using their turn signal. You can't stand going below the speed limit. And then when you do finally pass this person, if you realize they are old, you are instantly hit with guilt. Which quickly fades the next moment you are stuck behind another slow person.
5. You yell at people when you aren't driving.
You even have road rage from the passenger seat. You find yourself yelling at other drivers, sometimes even scaring the person who is driving with you. You just can't control it.
