Awkward Girls at Parties, As Told by GIFs

When the night is young and all your friends are ready to hit the town declaring that this night is about to be wild, and the best night that you've ever lived through.

When you get to the party to early and the only people down there are a plethora of frat boys all dressed up in their oh so over used theme and you get overwhelmed and immediately run into the bathroom to hide.

When you finally get enough nerve to leave that said bathroom and you walk out with your friends acting like you're totally confident and you start to strut your stuff across that fraternity basement when you completely wipe out on all the spilled "beverages" on the floor.

And now we're back hiding in the bathroom again.

When your friends all come rushing in and convince you to go back out there and go crazy on the dance floor because why not.

And then your "best" dance moves end up looking like this.

When your dancing and you think a cute guy is looking at you but turns out he's really noticing the hot girl next to you working it on the dance floor.

When per usual there is the so in love couple all over each other and unfortunately you and every single other person in the room get to see just how in love they really are... cue the looks of judgement.

When a guy walks up to you first and you sit there wondering what the heck you did to make him come over here -- do I look fun? Is my outfit really good? I must look super cute. Then all he does is ask for the bottle that is currently in your hand.

When a cute boy actually does come up to flirt with you.

When you casually bring up the fact that your heart is not in another place and that you are in fact single and very ready to mingle.

When things are going great and you think you really were getting your flirt on when (gasps) an uncomfortable silence looms over you two and even the Kanye song in the background can't cover up this awkwardness and you book it.

When things actually work out and your flirting game is seriously killing it and you guys have for sure just clicked, and your reaction is….

And if things don't work out with that super cute frat boy you've been chatting up all night that's totally fine because lets be real who even needs them when you got all your sisters around you.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
