I was born and raised by a Mennonite family in Canton, OH and now live in Wichita, KS with my husband as I finish my senior year of college at Friends University. I chose the name "MennoniteMinimalistHerbivore" because these are three things that I aim to be, but in no way have mastered. I am hoping to use this blog to spread a message of health, sustainability, and spirituality through sharing my own stories and experiences throughout this crazy life!
