I've been writing before I could read. I know that sounds strange. When I was three, and playing with toys, the adventures of GIJoe, Boba Fett, and various Lego guys could not progress until the plot line of their adventures was thought out, and without holes. My ability to read was held back by dyslexia. I finally got a grasp on reading when I was six. My obsession for plot lines and characters had not faltered, regardless of my disadvantage. Even now I read at the speed of a third grader.

I am the CEO of Dark Light Productions. DLP is a company that acquires the talents of artists to tell stories through any medium. Whether the medium is a book, play, video game, movie, short story, comic, or manga, we try our best to make the story, and the medium by which it is being told, to be as perfect. DLP is still under development; my colleagues and I are working hard to produce the best stories possible, while forming a healthy community that revolves around DLP, the stories it produces, and the people who help make those stories happen.

I think about writing constantly. Writing like all other art forms, is a reflection of life in some way. While that might seem obvious, I find that the idea of life, and the mysteriousness behind its inherent meaning. If writing is a reflection of life, and the ideas that life itself projects is present in the writing, then I believe that a higher level of consciousness (enlightenment, as some may call it) can be found by mastering, and understanding writing. Storytelling has the ability to insight both intellectual pleasure (for now, I call it Aesthetic Exhilaration) that can illustrate and project ideas that can be learned from. The more a person learns, the more a person grows - thus getting closer to a preferable level of consciousness. Writing also has the ability to insight emotions. This is called Catharsis. While emotions are not as valued as intellect because they often get in the way of progress and rational thinking, they do have a value that often goes underappreciated. Emotions are a mysterious thing that sentient beings feel, though we lack a true understanding of what they are. In a way they transcend science in their mysterious nature. emotions and thus catharsis are valued because they define what makes a sentient being. Consciousness in of itself is something I do not understand, and I don't think anyone else does either. I seek to master these ideas.
