I was born in Saratoga Springs, New York and have lived there for my entire life. I love my town. My parents are both Mechanical Engineers, and I'm a middle child. My older brother is a Computer Science and Electrical Engineering major at Northeastern University in Boston, and my younger sister is in 8th grade. I took several foreign language classes in high school, including Spanish, Latin, Italian, and Japanese. I am now a member of the class of 2020 at Houghton College in Houghton, New York. I am a double major in Intercultural Studies and Spanish, hopefully with a concentration in Linguistics or Translation or TESOL. I love too many things to decide which one to do. I've traveled to Australia and Italy, and will be going to the Balkans and Switzerland in the spring. As far as a career goes, I think I'd be happy doing quite a lot of things. I want to travel the world, speak a lot of languages, and help people. The lead translator for the UN speaks 32 languages, so that's the number to beat. I'm excited to see where God leads me in life.
