I am a white female living in the primarily black city of Detroit. When people from my hometown hear that, you can almost hear the sound of their jaws hitting the floor. They act like a white girl living in Detroit is a nightmare. Well, I promise, it's not. There are not enough white people in Detroit who give the city the credit that is needs, I believe I can change that.
