Rachel Beihl

Words don't always come easy to me in the spur of a moment. Yet writing allows me to process my thoughts and emotions at my own pace so that I can convey exactly what it is I'm trying to say. My writings are solely based off experience and I place a piece of myself in everything I write. One thing my readers should know is that I encourage everyone to question everything and anything. I do not believe that my experiences or my thoughts apply to everyone. However, I do hope to enlighten some or raise questions in the back of people's minds to promote the notion that there is more to life than what we know. I encourage everyone to grow as an individual as I myself seek to do the same. I am a seeker in pursuit of the best version of myself and I am excited to share that journey with you while advocating mental health and personal growth. So, cheers to this journey!
