Morgan Raddatz

Hello! I'm a full time first generation college student at Alverno College, which is a private four year liberal arts women's college located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have always called the the Southside of Milwaukee home. I'm a social kind of person who likes talking to pretty much anyone who gives me the time of day.

I'm a senior majoring in Communication with three minors in Spanish English and Creative Writing. I do 15 to 18 credits a semester while also working several part time campus jobs. I am involeved with some volunteering as well as several student organizations . Therefore I'm busy most of the time but it's good being productive than not at all.

As you can see work and college are huge priorities in my life. Family is also important as well as some close friends. Fun is good in moderation otherwise life would be kind of boring. However my priorities tend to come first because I feel those are more important in the long run. I eventually would like to travel more and get even some more education because knowledge and gaining new experiences are irreplaceable. By becoming a content creator for The Odyssey I am beginning this goal.

Overall my mentality is its good to focus on yourself and do what you want to achieve in life versus worrying when you're going to find someone else who's already successful and happens to do everything for you. That's not how I am because I want to establish myself to grow as an ambitious person. However I try my best to respect others and how THEY want to be treated. Through this I continue to learn so I can have multiple life perspectives. Basically it's good to be your own person and love what you have to offer as a person because this is what makes the world a unique place with several perspectives to share and learn more about.
