Hi, I'm Laura! I lift, do yoga, and create HIIT (high intensity interval training) circuits all myself that I have seen transform my body. I know the unhealthy nutrition temptations being a college student. I’ve struggled with mental health issues that are quite common, especially for people in the fitness community. So, I want to share my story, what works for me and what doesn’t, to help you succeed on your path to a healthier lifestyle.
