Kathryn Harlan-Gran

For me, writing has always been a drive. I find fulfillment in being able to tell stories and to share them with others, and I find that there is a remarkable sort of power in being able to move people with words. It has always been my goal to use what measure of power I have as a writer to inspire people, to encourage them to look at issues from a new perspective or to investigate a subject that they otherwise would never have considered. In particular, I believe that as a college student I am at the epicenter of a tremendous number of sociocultural issues that would resonate with other students and young adults across the nation.
