My name is Katelyn Rademacher and I'm a student at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities studying Professional Journalism. I'm 21 years old, a 5X nationally qualified bikini competitor for the National Physique Committee (NPC), and I'm dance teacher/choreographer for several competitive studios in the metro. I acquired my AS degree in Exercise Science in May 2016 and I'm passionate about all things food - but mostly just white cheddar rice cakes.
