Kaitlin Nelson

Currently finding myself 1,500 miles away from home. A native of the western suburbs of Chicago, I'm on a great adventure here in the Land of Enchantment, specifically, at New Mexico State University. Living the student athlete life as a part of the school's NCAA Div. 1 Women's Equestrian team. I'm that weird girl from high school who jumped farm animals over colored sticks. Even though the 6 am workouts and long practices are brutal sometimes, I wouldn't trade my life for anything. Whether hanging out with the people that have become my "squad," going on midnight Whataburger runs, or having wild nights that just add more pages to my crazy story, I've come to discover there's so much to learn not only about myself, but life, too.
