Joshua Atherton

I am a 20 year old college junior attending a private Catholic College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I study biology and chemistry with my eyes set on medical school. I enjoy skateboarding, punk rock music, coffee, fitness, reading books, and learning new things.

I'm an advocate for social equality and progress. I love approaching topics most people regard as uncomfortable and sensitive. I believe open and honest dialogue promoting new perspective is the best way to approach social issues. I'm a huge fan of the Interfaith movement promoting discussion and education regarding different religions and cultures.
