Jonathan David Penman

Jonathan is a student at the University of North Dakota. He began writing for the Odyssey since April of 2016. He has been writing poetry and opinion articles throughout high school. His Junior year of high school he was selected to be a part of the North Dakota Boys State news writing team, The NoKoBoTa, as the Editor-in-Chief. Jonathan continues to write about current articles with a conservative mindset to the social media platform. He feel as though a majority of the millienial generation is being influenced by a liberal ideology that has been proven to be destructive to the welfare and character of his generation. He wants to instill and reinforce American values that have been forgotten by his generation and ultimately make the world a better place both morally and environmentally.
