I would love to write about the tough stuff that a lot of people don't like to have conversations about such as: mental health, poverty, inequality, and emotions. I would also like to counter the tough stuff with some uplifting information and life skills I had learned throughout my time in various therapy settings (Residential, Intensive Outpatient Programs, Art Therapy, etc....).
