Haley Martin

I grew up in a small rural town in Southeast Minnesota, and I'm now attending the second largest college in Minnesota. My hometown friends are all hours away, and I got dumped on move in day, so college didn't start off great. It's been a big adjustment and I've had to learn a lot about family, friends, relationships and school. I want to share my experiences and knowledge to help others, as much as I can. I've struggled a lot in my past so I was unsure if I could even handle college, but I'm thriving. I learned to express myself and my feelings through poetry and writing; I fell in love with words and sharing them with people.
