Frankie

What's up guys? The name's Francisco, but most folks call me Frankie. I was born and raised in New York City up until the summer of 2005, I then moved to the town of Freeland, Pennsylvania. My father was born in the Dominican Republic and my mother is American. I graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2015 with a major in English and a double-minor in Rhetoric and Technical Writing. I completed Penn State's PDS Master's Program for Secondary English in June of 2016.

I love listening to music, deliberating, comedy and everything car.

As far as music goes, I listen to a little bit of everything, from I'm Your Captain by Grand Funk Railroad, to Lotta That by G-Eazy ft. A$AP Ferg, to Diplo, Kendrick Lamar, Red Hot Chili Peppers; basically if the song itself is good I will listen to it.

Political views - I think this current election is a lot like a movie you would see on Comedy Central circa 2005. I really can't say I "enjoy" politics, but I sure do enjoy analyzing rhetoric.

I currently drive a 2008 Saab 9-3 Aero with 2.8 turbocharged V6, and own a 1 of 474 2009 Cobalt SS sedan. I also get to enjoy my lovely girlfriend's 2015 Subaru WRX STi from time to time.

My goal is to branch off of these areas of interest to create content that is interesting and engaging. I also hope to create a voice for those who don't feel the need to "pick a side", and to diffuse some of the ignorance that seems to dominate the media.

A final note: I'm not one to pretend that my perspective is the only perspective. If I say something that offends you or that you disagree with, call me out on it. Without an audience a writer/blogger is very little.
