Emily Marcus

I have always been passionate about media, and am eager to continue gaining experience in order to one day work professionally in this field. My participation in the National Student Leadership Conference for Journalism & Media Arts, a career preparation and leadership program, validated my enthusiasm for all facets of media. Media, specifically journalism, is such a powerful resource, and I am intrigued by its ability to form connections and bring people together. I enjoy writing immensely, because it has provided the ideal outlet to use my voice to make a positive influence on the world, and to inspire others to use their voices to make a difference as well.
