Elijah Wayne Voyles is an aspiring writer studying at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He is a senior and is involved in multiple organizations at the university.
Early Life
Voyles was born in a small rural town in Indiana called Salem. Salem has a percentage of the population in poverty. The main sources of income come from manufacturing jobs or farming. From a young age Voyles was interested in presenting and writing. He was involved with his middle school news production all 3 years.
Current Day
Voyles is now in his final year at Ball State and is on track to graduate with a double major in telecommunication and journalism with a minor in entrepreneurship management. He joined The Odyssey team to provide a unique perspective from a demographic that does not particularly like sharing feelings.
