Originally from Long Island, NY, I moved to Asheville, NC, when I was 6-years-old. I'm currently a senior sociology major at Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC, with a special interest in the criminal justice side of things. I'm uncertain about what I want to do when I graduate, but I have always enjoyed working with kids and standing up for what is right. At my house in Asheville I have 2 cats, 2 dogs, and 1 African-Grey Parrot.
Some of my favorite pastimes include going hiking and camping, playing and watching soccer (huge Chelsea fan), contra dancing, and staying up late into the night playing Call of Duty Zombies and Super Smash Bros with my friends. I also love monte cristos, crème cheese bagels, and of course, sweet tea.
My inspiration for writing will always be letting people know that they are not alone.
