Rachel Rapier

I'm a Houston Texan, born and breed. However, I'm now living in the Bay Area and majoring in cognitive science at UC Berkeley. Being the adventurous person that I am, I not only enjoy the opportunity to explore a new state, but I have many a fun hobbies: sky-diving, rock climbing, hiking, basketball, soccer, football, live music. Struggling with depression since high school, developing and recovering from an eating disorder my sophomore year of college, and knowing what it's like to feel alone, lost, and hopeless, I'm passionate about debunking any mental health stereotype. I get it, mental illness sucks, but if I can help just one person with my story, the hell that I've experienced would have been worth it.
