I am from a small town in south Alabama and growing up in a small town has made me appreciate the opportunities I am given. My mother has always told me "It takes a village to raise a child," and she is right. I have been taught by my family and friends to appreciate the opportunities I am given and to take them head on. I strive to do my best in everything I face.
