I think that I can bring my perspectives into conversation by providing thoughtful articles that invoke some sort of emotion. By establishing pathos, the articles I would write would trigger some sort of response from the reader. Once the article solicits one response, a conversation ignites and is hopefully given more consideration. The Odyssey offers an opportunity for this by existing as a platform for my voice to be heard on.
