Ashlyn Brooke Wilson

I left my hometown with values of hard-work, kindness, and humility-- but I could never fit inside the box of the "small town girl." The dreams I had were bigger and wilder. I wanted to feel the overwhelming senses of freedom, fearlessness and passionate fire. After leaving my hometown and going through a series of trials and errors in life I surrendered my heart and fell passionately in love with Jesus. That's when it all came together.

My current occupation is being an English major and part-time employee at Kennesaw State. I am planning on attending law school when I graduate and pursuing a career in family law. This summer will be happily spent at an internship learning the ins-and-outs of being a lawyer. When it's not all business I like hiking new trails, hanging in my ENO, reading a book, working on writing my own book, discovering new places, staring at strangers in coffee shops, dancing in the kitchen while cooking, having a movie night, or making memories with my friends and family. But, as C.S. Lewis said, "Life is too deep for words, so don't try to describe it, just live it."
