Anna Merchant

My name is Anna and I'm a 19 year old college student. Although I am majoring in Anthropology and International Studies, I have a love for writing and reading. I hope to inspire others with my words. I work at a gluten free café (though I am not gluten free, I love to cook and bake and eat cupcakes). I was active in high school, first chair flute, a flapper in the school musical, accepted into the school's elite singing group Canta Sera. In college I became a member of the new program Women's Leadership. I like to go to open skate on Tuesdays and Thursdays, hang out with my friends, take photos, and walk around downtown. I'm also planning on starting up an Amnesty International chapter at SUNY Potsdam to help fight social injustices around the world.
