Ashlyn Kershner

I'm a Master's student from the St. Louis area living on the north side of Chicago, studying the Social Sciences, with a focus on History, at the University of Chicago, writing my thesis on the social lives of the women of the Pullman company town. I love studying people and consuming pop culture, especially fictional stories, to learn more about them. I like old things and the railroad and generally nostalgic pieces of Americana. I like Gothic and melancholic literature, especially if it's Victorian and am prone to sentimental ramblings in my own work. Cheers!
