Hi All!!
My name is Mallory. I'm 21 years old and go to school at Western Michigan University where I am studying nursing!
I have a passion for health which is why I am pursuing nursing and starting this blog. I hope by sharing my story, I can help others who may be struggling. We all deserve to live in a healthy body with a healthy mind. I believe one does not happen without the other. I'll be writing about the ways I stay happy and healthy!
