Forever we will embrace the "Twilight" series. We spent many years fighting through all of the hate we got from the "Harry Potter" fans, but we will never give it up and still consider ourselves Twihards.

"'And so the lion fell in love with the lamb…' he murmured. I looked away, hiding my eyes as I thrilled to the word.
'What a stupid lamb,' I sighed.
'What a sick, masochistic lion.'"

1. You had an "emo" phase.

"Twilight" was what brought you into Hot Topic for the first time.

2. You were either Team Edward, Jacob, or Switzerland.

There were no other options.

3. You have all of the movies.

They came with two or even three discs with special features. Oh, and "Breaking Dawn: Part 1" has one of the flower petals from the wedding included. Oh, and you can quote the movies as they’re playing. “And so the Lion Fell in Love with the lamb”

4. You have all of the books, obviously.

In hardcover.

5. "Twilight" ornaments decorate your Christmas tree.

6. You have a "Twilight" themed tattoo.

Only for the really hard-core fans. You might even have multiple.

7. Burger King cups.

You all know what I'm talking about.

8. You have something with the Cullen crest on it.

I have one of the wristbands, and my friend has a necklace.

9. You own all of the CDs to the movies.

You still listen to them today and know every word. You even own the instrumental soundtracks too.

10. "Twilight" posters covered your bedroom walls.

11. You bought every special edition "Twilight" magazine you could get your hands on.

You know: "Tiger Beat", "J-14", "People", "Popstar", the list goes on and on.

12. You know way too much about the cast.

You watched all of the movies they starred in because you were that obsessed.

13. You're bitter about all of the scenes left out of the movies.

You know, the blood-typing chapter in book one that we were all excited about. Or in "Breaking Dawn" where Edward gave Bella the Mercedes Guardian as her "before" car, missle-proof with four thousand pounds of body armor.

14. You own a cardboard cutout.

Mine is of Taylor Lautner. Oh, sorry. Jacob Black.

15. You own the "Twilight In Forks" and "Destination Forks" movies.

16. You own the "Twilight" board games.

You still play them, don't try to lie.

17. You went to all of the midnight premieres.

Who cares if it was a school night?

18. You’ve read fanfictions.

Or have written your own? I'm talking to you, E. L. James. (For those who don't know, "Fifty Shades of Grey" is a "Twilight" fanfiction.)

19. You’ve dreamed about going to Forks, Washington.

Someday, it will happen. I promise.

20. You bought the makeup line.

21. You own at least one of the "Twilight" action figure dolls.

Let's admit, they are pretty creepy at times.

22. You wish Jacob would imprint on you, Alice was your best friend, and Carlisle was your doctor.

Peter Facinelli is so dreamy.

23. You dreamed about what your superpower would be if you were a vampire.

Would you predict the future like Alice? Control emotions like Jasper? Or have no power?

24. You knew who Anna Kendrick was before Pitch Perfect.

25. You wanted Bella’s engagement ring.

Or still want it.
"About three things I was absolutely positive. First, Edward was a vampire. Second, there was a part of him-and I didn’t know how potent that part might be-that thirsted for my blood. And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him."

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
