Love languages are a tricky thing. A lot of times we show different things when you're in a relationship versus when you're not in one. However we tend to always stay within the same categories. There are 5 basic Love Languages:
1. Words of Affirmation
2. Quality Time
3. Receiving Gifts
4. Acts of Service
5. Physical Touch
By taking a simple online test you can see which love language you lean most towards. For me, Physical touch came in dead last. Here are some thoughts of people who might feel the same way about physical touch.
1. When you meet a person: "Please don't hug me."
2. "Why can't we just wave to each other instead?"
3. Saying Goodbye is always super awkward for us
4. "I'm a hugger!" ....oh
5. When someone is crying, we don't really know what to do
There... there...
6. When you see a "lovie dovie" relationship you want to rescue the other person
7. When you're upset you just want to be alone and untouched
8. When you're excited a high five will do
9. Greeting people is an awkward ritual for you because you don't understand why touching has to be involved at all
10. RAOT (Random actions of touching) is not something that sounds even remotely appealing to you
"You can't touch this!"
11. Having your hair played with runs a close second to hearing nails on a chalk board
12. All in all, you're just trying to get through the day "unscathed"
