I was born into a fairly large family. I have upwards of twenty-something first cousins, many of who are around the same age as me. It has honestly been both a blessing and a curse to have so many people around me all the time. Some of my favorite memories come from family gatherings where all of my cousins were there. However, since most of my cousins are male, there has also been a lot of physical violence where people get hurt, even if the intentions were innocent. I have near 40 cousins just on her side, and there are about 70 of us at any given holiday. My family has taught me so much and I still have so much to learn from each and every member. Because you're both a little ~extra~.

Family get togethers are LOUD.

In fact, when it's NOT ear-piercingly loud you start to get worried and forget how to function.

And get togethers? What am I talking about? You're pretty much ALWAYS together anyway.

You're each other's biggest supporters... and biggest source of peer pressure.

You're always together even when you're not.

You're pretty much each other's best friends.

You never feel awkward around them and can tell them anything.

You're ready to singlehandedly take down anyone who tries to mess with any of them.

You have no sense of embarrassment anymore.

You've always got someone who's down to participate in your ~shenanigans~.

When you're away for long periods of time you start to have withdrawals.

BUT sometimes you just need to take some time to yourself. You know, so you won't go crazy.

But when you all get back together after being apart for a hot minute... Well.

But despite their loudness or craziness, you don't know what you would do without them.

Spoiler alert, I get tackled a lot.

12. Holidays are really important to her

14. Her dream vacation is somewhere in Europe

15. She will love you unconditionally
