Rory Gilmore's Exes Are Heading Back To Stars Hollow

Where Rory leads, her exes will follow.

Every "Gilmore Girls" fan will be pleased to hear that all of Rory Gilmore's ex-boyfriends will be back for the upcoming "Gilmore Girls" revival on Netflix, which will consist of four 90-minute installments.

Although the truest "Gilmore Girls" fans are excited to see Dean, Jess and Logan back in Rory's life, there's always been some biased feelings toward one ex over the other. Over the course of 15 years, (seven years during the show and eight years after) people have been extremely dedicated in choosing which of the three are right for Rory.

I've decided to put my extensive "Gilmore Girls" knowledge to good use and make the choice between her exes a little easier for Rory. (Whoever said that my "Gilmore Girls" obsession wouldn't come in handy was ever so wrong!)

Team Dean:

You're darn right you don't belong here anymore, Dean! Dean Forester is the OG of Rory's love life and the perfect first boyfriend, but how many times do you hear about people ending up with their first? His jealousy and insecurity hid behind the cute and innocent bag-boy act he put on in the beginning. "Oh, but he built her a car and punched Tristan!" Not. Enough. Dean brought out the absolute worst in Rory. Would Rory ever consider being "the other woman" unless it weren't for the ties she felt with Dean? I don't think so! Nothing hurts quite like getting over your first love, but thank God Rory figured out how to. We can only hope that Rory's judgment doesn't get clouded during their reunion and that they remain exes.

Team Jess:

The rebel without a cause who has daddy issues and wears a leather jacket is usually the recipe for disaster, but Jess Mariano was/is undoubtedly the best pick for Rory. (Can you tell what "team" I'm on?) Even though Rory and Jess' relationship was a little unstable throughout the years, their connection is undeniable. Jess was intellectually in tune with Rory and loved to have conversations about books with her, as he was a writer himself. Even though Rory couldn't "fix" Jess back in the day, Jess took their time apart and really matured into someone worthy of Rory. Now that even more time has gone by without each other, I can only hope that Jess never stopped loving Rory and they end up happily ever after. I mean, c'mon, he looked it up! [Still sobbing.]

Team Logan:

Logan came at a time in Rory's life when she wasn't really sure of who she was. Logan was everything Rory wasn't (pretentious, entitled and irresponsible, just to name a few) and nothing like either of her exes. In Logan's defense, he did prove himself to be more than just a trust fund baby a**hole by trying to put a ring on Rory's finger. Rookie move, Logan. Rory ain't no woman to put a guy before her career! Instead of committing to being Mrs. Rory Huntzberger, she graduated from Yale and became a journalist following Barack Obama's political campaign. Even though Logan may have been good for Rory at the time, she should stick to her gut and keep Logan out of her life romantically during the revival.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. All we can do is hunker down with our books, order some Dominos, and pray that it will all be over soon. Luckily, we are not alone in this suffering. To prove it, here are just a few of the many deranged thoughts that go through a college student's mind during finals week.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
