Even with all the hype around that new Adele album lately, everyone knows that the true queen of the holiday season is none other than Mariah Carey. In addition to blasting "All I Want For Christmas Is You" on repeat again this year, let Mimi's new online web series "Mariah's Holiday Sketchtacular" fill you with Christmas cheer as she demonstrates a truly unique approach to baking.

Along with comedian Bryan Safi, Mariah explains some essential culinary tricks of the trade. For example, what really is the difference between flour and salt?

And of course, the pop diva wouldn't be caught dead in a plain white apron! Instead, she pounds the dough in style, rocking a sequined glitter tank and adorable Santa inspired skirt.

Mariah's love of sparkles cannot be contained to her outfit! (Side note: does anyone remember "Glitter?") So she amazingly opts to add some more sparkle to her cookies by bedazzling them with sprinkles!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything.
