"'Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and know that I am with you always, even to the end of the age.' Amen." Matthew 28:19-20

We have all heard the Great Commission countless times, but the questions is: Are we living it out?

First off, I hope you realize that the Great Commission isn't just for pastors and missionaries - it is for every Child of God. There are no exceptions. We are all called to share the Gospel. I cannot tell you how many times I have heard someone say that they don't qualified or capable of sharing the Gospel. The devil is lying to you if you are in that boat.

The Great Commission is for everyone and it is to be a part of our daily life. You see the word "Go" is in the present tense meaning that you should be making disciples as you are going. You don't have to travel to a third world country to share the Gospel. You can share it right where you are. Where you go to school, work, and live is your mission field. As a Child of God, you are always on a mission and it's called expanding His Kingdom.

Don't be afraid to share the Gospel. Tell your story of how you came to Christ. Let His abundant love shine brightly through you so that others wonder what is so special about you. Be Light and Salt.

"You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:13-16
