Of course Tammy would be Kent State.

There's no place like home, and there's no place like college.

Each college has their own stereotype, and whether they are true or false, they all have a little bit of Belcher in them.

Bob's Burgers is an iconic show broadcasting on FOX and streaming on Hulu and other media outlets.

If you have not watched this series I would advise you do so ASAP!

Following the main characters from Bob's Burgers and connecting them with Ohio Colleges and Universities, here are what schools from all around Ohio would be classified under if they were a character from Bob's Burgers.

1. Gene Belcher is Ohio University

If you have ever been to OU, you know that that place is its own kind of world. And Gene is in his own world constantly. Being an avid prankster, he sometimes doesn't know when to quit. Gene is easily distracted and a free spirit and is identified by Linda as the "least responsible" of the three kids. And if you know anything about OU students, they are known to be free spirited party animals just like Gene.

2. Linda Belcher is Baldwin Wallace University

Linda's traits of Happy-go-lucky, enthusiastic, funny, and friendly are just as similar to the people of BW. Linda is extremely outgoing, flamboyant, feminine, and has absurd obsessions with performing arts and dramatic tradition and with BW being a liberal arts school, Linda seems to be the best fit.

3. Tina Belcher is University of Akron

Tina likes horses, rainbows, butts, zombies, writing erotic fiction, and movies. But Tina has poor social skills, whether it be her prolonged groaning when under pressure or always hiding under tables. Although she is a hard worker, she is shown to be bad at math and possibly not very successful in school at all. And with Akron only having a 41.6% graduation rate, they seem to be a perfect match.

4. Calvin Fischoeder is Miami University

Mr. Fischoeder is Bob's wealthy landlord. He owns Bob's restaurant and also an amusement park and a baseball team. With out of state tuition being about $50,000 and instate being $30,000, it is only right to compare Mr. Fischoeder with Miami U. Louise describes him as being "one white cat away from being a supervillain."

5. Louise Belcher is The Ohio State University

Louise's personality is spot on when it comes to tOSU. She is smart, enthusiastic, yet loves to get rowdy, and so does tOSU. Just like the students at Ohio State, Louise often uses her intelligence to her advantage, especially for vindictive purposes.

6. Bob Belcher is Bowling Green State University

Starting from the bottom and rising to the top BGSU started as just a small rural normal school into a comprehensive public university, similar to Bob's growth in the restaurant industry and his love for his family.

7. Teddy is Ashland University

Teddy is a kind and loyal customer and friend to Bob, but he can be very talkative, just like the people of Ashland. Teddy likes to be referred to as "Uncle Teddy" and this is just something typical for AU. Everyone at AU is close and caring for each other, and even like Teddy, sometimes a little too much.

8. Gayle is Oberlin College

Gayle is a very cheerful and eccentric woman, but also extremely naive and gullible, as well as emotionally fragile just like the people of Oberlin. All in all, Gayle is a nice person but can be a little wild. With Oberlin being a liberal arts college, this makes a perfect match with Gayle because she expresses herself through art, mostly paintings, but also through outlandish performance art.

9. Jimmy Pesto, Jr. is University of Cincinnati

Jimmy Jr. is known for his dancing, and so is the University of Cinci. Being ranked near the top of the list of best dance schools, U of C comes pretty close to similarities of Jimmy Jr. because his passion is "dancing his feelings".

10. Andy Pesto and Ollie Pesto are Marietta College and Otterbein University

When you hear this you may think "what, no?" but these two schools are similar and unique in many ways, just like the Pesto boys. Both are liberal art schools and both strive for the excellence and diversity among their students.

11. Tammy Larsen is Kent State

You know Tammy is a perfect match for Kent State when you have people burning couches at parties. Just like Kent, you don't really hear much about Tammy unless all hell is breaking lose. Because of how destructive Tammy can be, she also needs an entire swat team around her just like Kent does.

In the end, each of these schools is amazing colleges and universities to attend and if you are lucky enough to go to one, that is amazing.

As you can tell, the cast of Bob's Burgers are a very interesting and unique group of individuals but that is why this show is one of a kind!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
