10 Ways To Live In The Moment

1. Get all of your upcoming deadlines out of the way!

2. Limit your social media usage time so your day isn't wasted.

3. Take a trip outside more often and soak in the Vitamin D and wonderful sights! Really tap into your senses and take in the world's beauty!

4. Try going on dates and hanging out your friends with the least amount of technological isolation possible.

5. Pursue activities you have always wanted to pursue!

6. Join more social communities!

7. GIVE GIVE GIVE!

8. Meditate once a day and reflect on yourself. Reflect on the type of character you have right now and the type of person you wish to be.

9. Create a gratitude log or at least write about positive aspects of your day. Then, whenever you are feeling down, refer back to your journal and realize that everything comes and goes in moderation and that you must always bask in the happy times.

10. Live for you. By this I mean that you must ALWAYS put yourself first because you are so incredibly unique and have so much of your beauty and gifts to offer this world of connection.
