So, it's exam week.
We all know what that means. Stress, stress, and more stress. That doesn't help your health, your grades, or your peace of mind! Here are three things to focus on besides the "F" word.
Who doesn't love baby animals? They're warm, fuzzy, cuddly, and are the opposite of responsibility (which is often what lies on the other side of exams). Here are a few to get you started:
2. Binge-worthy Television
This may not have been your first thought, but just imagine all the fun you'll have after exams are over watching your favorite shows. Your friends may leave you for the summer, but Netflix never will.
3. Adventures
This is probably the best part of this exercise. Imagine all of the fun and/or cool opportunities you'll have over the summer. Whether you're heading to the beach,
Working at camp (I'm biased towards this),
Doing a super cool internship,
Or simply going to summer school,
You've definitely got adventure on the horizon.
