We all have our own set of awkward moments.

Take it from me; I can go from being the most extroverted girl to just a fly on the wall in a matter of seconds depending upon what awkward situation I've managed to walk into. But see I didn’t choose the awkward life; the awkward life chose me. Maybe you’re just like me. But of course, you and I are not the only awkward ones around.. In fact, we are part of a cohort of select intelligent individuals ,who have been chosen to take part in such a distinct lifestyle.

Not only are we a part of this cohort, but we also have our very own audience. That’s right! In fact, I have compiled some specific scenes that are considered “fan favorites” from our cohort’s entertaining show.

1 . When you're 40 yards away and someone holds the door open for you

2. Waving to someone you think you know but actually don't

3. Or worse, waving to someone you know and they don’t see you

4. Telling the barber what you "really" think about the haircut

5. The waitress says, "Enjoy your meal!" and you reply, "Thanks, you too!"

6. After you knock over a drink at dinner

7. When you tell a joke but everyone just "fake laughs"

8. When your stomach growls in class

9. Sending an embarrassing text or picture to the wrong person

10. Stalking someone on social media and accidentally liking their picture from six years ago

11. Not sure if you’re going for a simple “hello” or “hello” + hug

12. When someone gives you an unwanted hug

13. Asking someone for a different size but they say “sorry I don’t work here”

14. Tripping on a flat surface

15. When someone throws shade, and you can tell

16. Wearing the same outfit as someone else.

17. Those moments at the end of conversations

18. When your parents try to make your friends laugh

19. Running to the bus stop when the bus is already there

20. Singing the wrong lyrics out loud

21. Proudly giving someone an answer for class, only to find out it was wrong

22. Opening a soda and having it explode all over you...in public

23. Mispronouncing a really easy word

24. You’ve been talking to them for a while, but you forgot their name

25. Not knowing how to respond when someone says “Have fun”

26. Uncontrollably coughing during a test

27. Uncontrollably laughing when in a serious setting

28. Picking up a baby and he/she immediately starts crying

29. When you try to explain a song but you don’t want to sing it.
