Trick or Treat! It's the week of Halloween, and you have three days to come up with up to three costumes (Halloween in college, am I right?). You may be freaking out – but don't. I just so happen to have curated a small list of beyond perfect costume ideas that take no time at all to make. A quick trip to the craft store, a rummage through your closet, and you'll have everything you need.
1. Social Media
This is probably one of the easiest group costumes you can make! Just buy some felt to create the app icons and dress according to the color theme. Bada Bing-Bada Boom.
2. Crayola crayon
Pick out a party hat and matching an outfit, create a Crayola label, and you've made yourself a crayon.
3. Party animals
This was my favorite group costume ever. Buy a stack of hats and noise makers, everyone wears their favorite animal costume accessories, prepare to party.
4. Wonder Woman
The ultimate female super hero. Blue shirt, red skirt, and a few minutes of crafting with yellow felt. Just make the signature crown and emblem for the 'uniform'!
5. Buddy the Elf.
What's your favorite color? Basically, this costume is perfect if you love Christmas so much you combine it with another great holiday. A green shirt and golden tights are necessary, just make Buddy's adorable hat, and you're set.
6. Piñata.
Nothing says party like a piñata! The trick here is to fray streamers, then pattern them! You can use the same plan to decorate a party hat!
7. Scotty P.
This isn't just a costume, it's a character. If you choose to take on the challenge, prepare to have to embrace the essence of Scotty himself. Do not forget the single most important aspect of the costume–the No Ragrets tattoo.
8. Minnie Mouse
If you have the ears, you're set. Just wear the classic Minnie red color, a cute black skirt, heels, and a red lip to pull it all together!
9. Scarecrow
This is the perfect costume if it's a cold Halloween night! Simply pair a super warm flannel with a straw hat and tons of eyeliner to make the classic scarecrow look.
So basically, even if you practice procrastination as if it was a religion-you still have these costumes in the bag (of candy).
