77 Thoughts I Had While Watching "Spiderman: Homecoming"

Spoilers. Obviously.

Overall, I loved this film. So much so that by the time this article is published, I will have seen it three times in theaters.

1. Well, that's nostalgic, going back to the aftermath of the first Avengers film.

2. I still can't draw as well as that child. I'm nearly 18 and in AP Studio Art.

3. Wow, that weird government company that's not S.H.I.E.L.D. is full of a-holes.

4. I totally get Micheal Keaton's villain.

5. I love this little vlog Peter has at the beginning.

6. I love this version of Spiderman already.

7. Tony is going to be a father figure in this film, I like it.

8. Fun fact: This film is filled to the brim with gorgeous people. Examples: Laura Harrier and Zendaya.

9. This academic decatha-whatta scene is pure comedic gold.

10. Well, hello Tom Holland.

11. Ouch.

12. I didn't know they were bringing the Dark Avengers into the MCU so early.

13. Noted: the poster advertising something about identity theft.

14. OH, MY GOODNESS IS THE CAT OKAY?!

15. Cat is okay, everyone, we can all relax.

32. This film has such high quality comedy for the action genre.

33. Didn't that weird matter moving device fall in the truck with him?

34. Peter put the device on the big concrete doors and you outie.

35. How did Tony program a therapist into Karen's coding?

36. Of course the glowy thing is a bomb.

37. Everyone is going to die.

38. Bulletproof glass windows. Can those actually be broken by slamming your feet into them a few times?

39. Flash really ticks me off.

40. Spidey saves the day, woot woot.

41. Spoke too soon.

42. JK he did it.

43. Interrogation mode is my favorite.

44. Peter you are recording them. Don't get involved.

45. You should've listened to me. We saw the trailer and know what happens. Dude.

48. SPIDERMAN SPLIT THE FERRY INTO TWO.

53. Zendaya's character is the hidden gem of this movie.

54. That was so cringey, but super proud of Peter for asking Liz out.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
