With spring approaching at a rapid pace, we all need to sit back and focus on one of the most important things that comes along with this change of weather -- our wardrobe. Of course spring is the best time of the year, and this is due to the fact that we are able to wear bright colors again and rock our favorite high waist shorts. Check out some of the latest spring trends for this season, and thank me later.
Denim Skirts
Bring it back to the age of limited too and dry ice with this iconic piece. The 90’s are making a comeback, and I think we’re all ready to rock our most favorite trends again. Darty the day away looking like a straight ten in your denim skirt, and let the jealousy of other girls drive your confidence through the roof.
Pastels
One word for this season, and that’s COLOR. Spice your bland wardrobe up effortlessly and add a little spice to your life with pastel E V E R Y T H I N G. I get it, pastels at times remind us all of Easter eggs…. But who doesn’t love a good Easter egg, am I right? Whether its pastels in your romper or even a tye-dye pastel tee, you’re sure to out dress anyone anywhere rocking soft shades of your fave colors.
Clogs
Don’t stop reading yet…. I know we all have a habitual habit of seeing the word clog and completely cringing, BUT I’m not talking about the clogs that your grandmother is constantly wearing on Thanksgiving each year. Clogs are back with style this season, and I must admit- I’m all for it. Dress up your boho-chic look with some clogs, and kiss your other wedges to the curb. Clogs are trendy and different, and that is why this season we all should be rocking our favorite pair of clogs with our best denim skirt.
Boyfriend Jeans
Although boyfriend jeans have been around since forever, this season is the season find your old pair of boyfriend jeans and pair them with the best crop top you own. To those people that claim they “can’t rock boyfriend style” believe me, you can if I can. Sometimes it just takes the right pair to make us fall in love. So easy and comfortable to wear, and also so in style at the same time. It’s a win win with these pair of jeans.
Patches
If I could patch every pair of high waist shorts I own…. I would, totally. Handmade shorts with patches? Yes, please. Patches add your own take on your denim, and they’re a great form of self expression. Rock the patches all day long and make them your own. There is something so great about finding an old pair of Levi's at the good will store, and renewing them yourself to be exactly what you want.
Bandana’s
Don’t get me wrong I love the wild wild west, but this is not where I was going with this fashion tip. A trendy bandana, high waist shorts, graphic tee, hoops, and converse, and you’re all set. Bandanas add just enough flare to an outfit to make it worthwhile. To be different and trendy at your next event, make sure you’re rocking your favorite bandana around your neck to show the crowd that you mean business.
Super Flare Jeans
Emphasis on SUPER. I’m talking 70’s style everyone. Whether you’re out for brunch or just out on the town, denim super flares are your new favorite pant to wear. So easy and so trendy, and add a bold statement to whatever you’re wearing. You can never go wrong with a wide leg pant and a margarita, I always say.
Off The Shoulder
This trend has to be one of my favorites. Boho vibes all the way with this trend, and I love it so much. I think we all can agree that buying a ton of off the shoulder tops from Urban Outfitters is almost too easy to do. Off the shoulder tops make a statement, without really any effort. Perfect for spring and perfect for summer, so make sure you go online and order a few for all of your spring events coming up.
