5 Reasons Why You Should Watch Team Starkid

Team Starkid is a theater production company that was started by University of Michigan students. They put their first musical, a Harry Potter parody called "A Very Potter Musical," on YouTube in June 2009, and have been making musicals ever since.

1. It's hilarious

Even if you’re not a musical fan, you can still find something to laugh about.

2. The stories they tell are super creative.

One of their musicals, Starship, is basically The Little Mermaid, but it takes place in space and has aliens instead of mermaids. It’s definitely one of their best besides the Potter musicals.

3. The actors are super talented.

Dylan Saunders and Jamie Lyn Beatty have some of the best voices in the cast. Darren Criss (yes, Blaine from Glee) got his start with Starkid in playing Harry Potter. Everyone in the cast is super talented, of course.

4. It has many memorable quotes.

5. It's perfect for a rough day.

It can make you laugh, cry, and overall feel good. It's a really enjoyable experience.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
