1. Trump is Not Your Ordinary Candidate
Some people believe that our country is at its tipping point and we need to “shake things up” in Washington. Trump is the perfect candidate for this! With literally zero experience in any government office, he could be just the right amount of incompetent that this country needs. While he may not have the prior experience with things such as legislature, the executive system, or our military, he is, however, very familiar with the Judiciary System. Trump has been involved in 3,500 lawsuits. Since he began campaigning, he has threatened to sue an upwards of 20 individuals and companies. We can all sleep comfortably at night knowing that anyone that harms or insults this country will be sued by President Trump!
This, combined with his celebrity status and proficiency on twitter, can give Americans what they really want: to be a reality show for the rest of the world to watch, in amusement, as we go up in flames.
Look at all those followers!
2. Trump Speaks for the Little People
Trump has made great strides during his campaign to reach out to a number of diverse communities and give people a voice who wouldn’t normally be heard. He’s gone above and beyond for the disabled community. He’s even gone as far as mimicking their physical appearances at a rally.
As for minority voters, you can feel assured that Trump has spoken for you as well. He has spared blacks the misfortune of living in his apartments by lying and saying they were not available. More recently, he has said repeatedly that he will do more for black people by fixing our countries inner cities. His lack of knowledge that black people live anywhere but inner cities is endearing.
Finally, Trump’s tax plan brings the hope that by having the wealthiest citizens pay less taxes, they will be able to produce more employment opportunities for the lower class people to fill. His trust in multimillionaires much like himself should leave us, the not so fortunate, hopeful that in the near future there will be plenty of job opportunities. Instead of placing higher taxes on the wealthy, Trump will help them get richer and allow them to stimulate more business in the country. Because, if we’ve all learned one thing from Mr. Trump, it’s that we can trust the rich and powerful to keep their word and not only employ others, but pay them fairly as well, right?
3. Trump has BIG plans
We know that Trump has great plans for this county; the best. I know this because he said he does. I know it. He knows it. Pretty much everyone knows it. Here are some of his exact quotes when asked about his future plans in office:
On inner cities and minorities (what’s the difference?):
“I want to do things that haven’t been done, including fixing and making our inner cities better for the African-American citizens that are so great and for the Latinos, hispanics, and I look forward to doing- It’s called make America great again.”
But how, Mr. Trump?
On defeating Isis:
“We are going to defeat ISIS…And I will tell you, I will take care of ISIS.”
Sorry, how?
On healthcare:
“You will have the finest health care plan there is. Obamacare is a total disaster…It’s a disastrous plan and it has to be repealed and replaced.”
Wait, but what’s your plan? He’s still going..
“You’re going to have plans. I’ll tell you what it means. You’re gonna have plans that are so good because we’re going to have so much competition in the insurance industry, once we break out the lines and allow the competition to come.”
Still no plan.
4. Trump Loves Women
No one can argue against it; Donald J. Trump LOVES women. If you’re a female, this choice is a no brainer. Well, I guess really only if you’re sure that you’re a beautiful women. And if that is the case, maybe avoid trying to actually meet him and let him govern you from afar. Unless of course, you want him to automatically start kissing you. Yeah, some say his statements describe sexual assault, but I say, why stifle passion?
Trump wants to help women. He doesn’t want them to strain themselves by having to make difficult choices, instead he’ll make the decisions for them. In order to do this, women might lose some small, silly things like: contraceptions, STD testing and treatment, and cancer screenings. But, none of these compare to the freedom women will feel once they no longer need to think about what’s best for their family and health, because a man will give them the answer.
5. If Trump Doesn’t Win, American Democracy Could Be Ruined
When asked, “If you lose, will you accept the results of the election.” Trump’s response was “I’ll keep you in suspense.” Now, I don’t know about you, but when I hear the word “suspense” my mind automatically plays the chilling music from a horror movie.
If Trump does lose, the only options he has are to request a recount or sue certain states for fraud. Which, from his previous actions, wouldn’t be beyond him. Yet, more troublesome than that, Trump refusing to accept defeat could cause issues beyond the courts.
Trump has not been shy when sharing his theory that the election is rigged and his supporters have never doubted him. With the idea that our election process is tainted, comes the crumbling of everything this country was built on. If Trump leads his dedicated followers into believing that our system is rigged after the results are in, then the entire democratic foundation our country is focused around is meaningless. If this is what Trump supporters believe, what’s stopping them from forcefully removing the other candidate in a hostile takeover? While some may think of this as a revolution, it could cause our country to break down. Seriously, if we don’t have peaceful transitions of power, what makes us better than countries constantly at war with themselves because of power struggles?
Recently at a Trump rally in Cincinnati, one supporter gave his vision of what would happen if Trump were to lose. ”We’re going to have a revolution and take them out of office if that's what it takes. There's going to be a lot of bloodshed.”
Another woman at a local town hall meeting told VP Nominee, Mike Pence, “For me personally, if Hillary Clinton gets in, I myself am ready for a revolution.”
Yikes. Better vote for Trump.
