Life is hard, and it can sometimes be especially hard if you're a girl. With that said, here are 30 tips for every girl to help you get through this crazy journey:

1. Always keep your toenails painted.

2. Never cry too much over a boy; or anything else, really.

3. Don't date anyone your momma' doesn't like.

4. Have chap-stick on hand at all times.

5. Stay hydrated.

6. Eat lots of fruit and veggies because you can never have too much and they taste fantastic.

7. Wash your face, a lot.

8. Don't sleep with your make up on.

9. Don't spend a ton of money on make up. (You're beautiful without $50 foundation.)

10. Drive down random roads to see where they lead.

11. Make coffee at home as much as possible.

12. Take vitamins.

13. Don't neglect going to the doctor; check ups are super important.

14. Hug your mom and tell her you lover her daily.

15. Same with your dad.

16. Febreeze + dryer = never having to use an iron again.

17. Never let people tell you you can't do something...

18. ...especially when you know you can do it.

19. Try your best: every time.

20. Buy expensive jeans that make you feel 100% beautiful.

21. Don't harm your body with fad diets. Just have a healthy lifestyle.

22. Don't let trash build up in your backseat.

23. or dirty clothes.

24. Spend lots of time with your girls.

25. Buy shoes in excess; you can NEVER have too many.

26. Take A TON of bubble baths.

27. Watch lots of sunsets.

28. Go shopping for the perfect little black dress.

29. Look great; always.

30. Eat as much chocolate as possible, whenever possible.
