It's the most wonderful time of the year, but what will you be doing this year? Christmas time can be incredibly hectic or incredibly boring. Washington state is here to provide you some of the most fascinating spectacles for your eyes this holiday season. From spending time with reindeer to beautiful winter gardens, here are three of the best attractions in Washington state to visit. Happy holidays!

1. Visit the reindeer at Cougar Mountain Zoo in Issaquah, WA

Issaquah's Cougar Mountain Zoo has provided incredible experiences since 1988, and this year, they are celebrating their 30th anniversary of the Reindeer Festival! From photo tours to spending time with Santa and his friends, the festival provides fun for the whole family. The attraction is open from December first to the 23th, 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

2. Garden d'Lights in Bellevue, WA

Hosted by the Bellevue Botanical Garden, this spectacle of dazzling displays is a wonderful place to take your friends, family, and loved ones for this upcoming holiday season. For an inexpensive cost of five dollars (subjected to change), you can experience this amazing show. Don't miss out!

3. Winter wonderland in Leavenworth, WA

Leavenworth has some of the prettiest decorations in the entire state of Washington. They don't call this city a village of light for nothing. This city is modeled after Balaria in Germany, and the Euporean vibe from this gorgeous village is enough to make everyone get in the festive mood.

The entire cosmos is included in this creation myth, not just the earth but the sun and the moon as well. This will be a short retelling, a summary of the creation myth, somewhat like I did with Hermod's ride to Hel.

Which is none other than beer; wonderful cold beer. With summer playing peek-a-boo around the corner while we finish up this semester, it's time to discuss the only important part of summer.
