12 Signs That Show You Truly Love Someone

Now, you're probably wondering, how is this article going to help me realize I truly love my S.O.? Well, I'm here to help you figure that out. I'm sure most of us have been in the same boat, madly in love or obsessed with someone or your significant other so much that you didn't know the difference until later on. I also want to make sure you know I don't have anything against people that are obsessed with someone or something, because it's your life. I might just say it might be a tad unhealthy is all. You could also be both love someone and be obsessed at the same time, but that's a different story. All of the following content below is based on my own opinions and knowledge from my own experiences.

1. You constantly have butterflies in your stomach when you're with your crush or S.O.

It almost gets to the point of nausea.

2. They're always running through your mind.

For some odd reason, you'll start thinking about your S.O. and then they just won't leave your mind.

3. You love them so much you look past all of their flaws.

I know I'm guilty of being bitchy, emotional or crazy sometimes, but my S.O. looks past that, and I know they love me just as much as I love them.

4. You're sad when they're sad, happy when they're happy, and you share just about every mood they're ever in.

You cannot possibly sit there being happy while seeing that they're sad.

5. You might get jealous sometimes (okay, a lot of times), but in the end, you know you can trust your S.O.

You trust them with everything you've got, and you know they can trust you too.

6. You look past all of their awkward bodily functions, even though they may be the smelliest or nastiest things you've ever smelled.

They're still insanely attractive to you, and you don't mind at all. It's natural.

7. You don't care if they get a little chub, tattoos, skinny, or change. All you know is that you're so madly in love with them you'll support them through whatever they choose.

You also know they'll love you no matter what happens, and you love them for that.

8. The way they do just about anything is just so cute and mesmerizing. You think they're the sexiest thing alive.

Even when they do little things like, make you tea in the morning, do homework, or brush their teeth.

9. You would rather snuggle with your S.O. than doing anything else.

It's just so satisfying and comforting to be in their arms; you never want to leave.

10. You often find yourself smiling at inappropriate times.

Like in class this morning where you accidentally zoned out on your professor thinking about something funny our S.O. said, and now your professor is looking at you weird.

11. You might've started imagining a future with them, stopped in your tracks, and realized it's too soon right now.

You love your S.O. so much, you can't see yourself being with anyone else but them.

12. You just know.

Love kind of just hits you like a ton of bricks, you'll just know when you love someone.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
