Summer is finally here. No matter what you are doing this summer, be sure to remember to set some time aside for your exercise. Here are some exercise places/gyms/clubs for you to try out this summer.

1. Barry’s Bootcamp

Barry’s Bootcamp offers intensive classes which will result in a complete bodily transformation. At Barry’s, the trainers work every muscle group by incorporating cardiovascular training, weight training and abs. It is an intense workout, but the results will be worth it.

2. Pure Barre

Pure Barre has multiple locations across the US. It is the perfect place to “lift, tone and burn.” Pure Barre is a combination of micro-movements of your arms, abs, thighs and seat. It is the perfect full body exercise.

3. SoulCycle

SoulCycle is known for its upbeat music and almost club-like experience. It is the perfect way to exercise as the lights are turned down so no one can really see how hard or fast you are peddling in this intensive cycling class.

4. OrangeTheory Fitness

OrangeTheory is a gym which incorporates a variety of exercises from rowing to running on the treadmill throughout your class. Your instructor will turn your resistance up to keep the workout difficult and worthwhile

5. Dog Pound

The Dog Pound is a new boxing concept which opened in NYC. Many stars have taken to boxing as an exercise form as it is a total-body exercise. So head to NYC and grab some boxing gloves and be ready to be sore.

6. Core Power Yoga

If you are looking to be more limber and at peace with yourself, try out Core Power Yoga. With multiple locations and a variety of class types it is the perfect way to give yoga a try. Find your inner peace.

7. BFX

BFX is an exercise studio that offers many types of classes from intensive barre to HIIT training. It is perfect for the individual who is unsure of what type of exercise they like as they can try a multitude of classes.

8. Flywheel Sports

Flywheel Sports offers a variety of classes from cycling to barre so there are many options to take advantage of. Flywheel Sports has multiple locations across the US so if you are traveling you can always look up and see if you can go cycling in a similar environment that you are used to cycling in.

9. Metrorock

If you want to climb a mountain but are not an experienced climber, then Metrorock is a great place to get your climb on. Metrorock is an indoor climbing facility where you can go on climbs with a variety of difficulties. They have locations in Boston and NYC.

10. Ballet Beautiful

Similar to Pure Barre, but more ballet focused, Ballet Beautiful was created by Mary Helen Powers to tone her clients’ bodies. Her clients range from Natalie Portman to Gigi Hadid. Clients wear tutus and leotards. So if it is your fantasy to go back to being a ballerina, this is the perfect spot for you. The only glitch is she only has studios in New York City.

11. Nike Running Club

If you love to run but want to run with a group, then the Nike Running Club is the perfect group to join! With multiple locations across the country from Boston to San Francisco there are tons of options and ways to join in on the fun. The groups run a variety of distances and speeds so there is a place for all levels of runners.
