Every morning you wake up, do you plan for the whole day and tell yourself “I have to finish them all by tonight"?Then you start a “wake up-kick ass-be kind-repeat” endless loop. BUT, is this stressful life that you really want? Definitely no. Even though in the final season, you still need to know how to manage you stress and live happily.
After taking stress management class this semester, I found out these methods below are really helpful for relaxation.
- Do 20 minutes mediation every day
- Take a nap before study
- Listen to some peaceful music to calm yourself down
- Exercise for an hour after studying
- Try aromatherapy - use essential oils when you feel stress
- Watch funny videos read interesting books
- Try art therapy - do some painting
- Go out and enjoy the suny day
- Grab a meal with friends
- Go for a drive and enjoy a fun afternoon
